ABOUT PRODUCT
AT&M provides many kinds of ceramic powders produced by Selfpropagating High-temperature Synthesis.Main products include AlN,TiC, TiCN, TiB2, BN, SiC, Si3N4, Sialon, Cr3C2, MoSi2, XTiY etc.
AIN Plates
AlN has thermal conductivity, high insulation resistance and its thermal expansion is similar closes to that of Si. AlN is widely used in such area: Circuit substrates of semiconductor modules and IC packages, heat sink materials for powder transistors, thyristors, LDs and LEDs electronic parts where insulation and heat dissipation are required.

Refractory metal and ceramics planthas been developing from Refractory Alloy Research Department of CISR(Central Iron & Steel Research Institute) founded in 1958. As one ofthe earliest unit engaged in refractory metal research and production inChina,over the past 50years, more than 250 research projects have beendone and 58 great achievements have been made including 9 nationalinventions,40 metallurgy ministry awards and 21 national patents. Nowwe are at the top-level in refractory metal and ceramic materialresearching and producing within more than 300 sets of advancedproduction equipments and 20 sets of testing facilities.

ABOUT EQUIPMENTS
